Hand crafted by juicing and cold fermenting the same day to lock in the dramatic fruit flavours at their peak. This produces a cider with a crisp, dry, fresh finish while making the fruit shine in every bottle.
Using a combination of apples sourced from local growers, delivers pure apple flavour with a balance of acidity and sweetness.
The varieties used are Packhams, Beurre Bosc and William pears, sourced from local growers to produce the complexity and balance needed to deliver a refreshing style of pear cider.
